Lowongan Sales Manager Turbine di PT Kaltimex Energy

We are looking for a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Responsibilities:

1. Meet the sales target as determined by the company.
2. Maintain and increase the level of enquiries for the turbine unit sales.
3. Increase the level of incoming requests & inquiries conversion into offerings.
4. Assist in preparing proper unit/machine selection and costings.
5. Conduct regular working visits to customers & increase the quality level of the gained information.
6. Increase the status of incoming requests & inquiries into discussions and negotiations.
7. Make reports to superior as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering.
2. Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in B2B industrial sales; preferably in the turbine machinery sales with exposures in the agro industries.
3. Able to understand and present the technical product and services.
4. Dynamic, result oriented, able to communicate in English with good soft skills on relationship building with clients and team work within the organization.
5. Active in English, both oral & written.
6. Willing to work under pressure to meet the target.
7. Able and willing to travel to outer islands of Indonesia.
