Lowongan Asst. Manager Legal di PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia

• Advising on company’s daily activities related to its manufacturing business, including but not limited to licensing and other business transactions;
• handling and assisting the team at various strategic corporate matters; 
• regulatory monitoring, esp related to manufacture business, investment and etc;
• conducting research to relevant government authorities;
• day-to-day tasks will include but not limited to conducting legal researches, preparing and/or reviewing agreements, legal memorandums and various other legal documents.

Additional Information :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Law or Civil Law
• Have min. 5 years working experience as Legal Spv or Asst. Manager
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
