Lowongan Retail Project & Store Maintenance Coordinator di PT Napak Tilas Seni

Job Descriptions:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned retail projects.
• Scope out project requirements and objectives, developing detailed project plans accordingly.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring that projects remain on track and within budget.
• Manage a team of retail professionals, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Conduct regular check-ins with contractors & vendors .
• Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of a project in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with third-party vendors as needed for services required for project completion.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates to management as needed.
• Reviewing plans for new stores or remodeling existing stores to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes accordingly.
• Creating reports detailing project progress, budgets, and results to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Perform quality assurance checks on completed projects before completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Proven track record of successful project management from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
