Visual Merchandiser and Jakarta Placement:

The job holder will be responsible for maximizing market share of the concept through development and implementation of effective Visual Merchandising standards and methods, in line with Company objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, conceptualize and ensure implementation of the Brand Visual Strategy 
• Plan and develop the Visual Merchandising calendar for the concept 
• Ensure development and implementation of effective Visual Merchandising standards and methods 
• Manage construction and documentation of instore creatives and window guidelines 
• Plan and develop concept Décor and windows
• Plan and ensure development of New Season and Brand update store set ups 
•  Advanced Knowledge Store lay out and fashion trend 
• Advanced Knowledge of basic Visual Merchandising processes

Requirements :

• 2 years experienced as Visual Merchandiser Retail Fashion Industries is a must
• Work in shift
• Willing to relocate into another store below Max Fashion as needed
• Fluent in english is a plus
