Lowongan Project Architect/Manager di PT Mister Loo Indonesia

Mister Loo is an international start-up company headquartered in Switzerland building and operating an innovative toilet concept with clean public restrooms and state-of-the-art modular refreshing facilities in Southeast Asia (“SEA”). Following its successful growth story in Thailand, Mister Loo has conducted the market entrance to Indonesia in 2020 and is building up a sizable team.

Thus, with a workplace in South Jakarta, we are looking for a highly motivated 

           Project Architect/Manager

with strong construction knowledge both in theory and practical work.

As such, you will work together with the company’s senior management in supervising technical operations and construction activities.

You will be responsible for the planning and development of new Mister Loo sites (Premium Toilet Facilities) as well as coordinate all kinds of technical tasks in order to guarantee that the company’s high technical requirements and construction standards are implemented.

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of working experience in the fields of architecture, construction or engineering with an eye for details
• Technical knowledge both theoretical and practical with a focus on interior construction (high standard fit-out) sanitary system, installation, piping, and electricity
• Great understanding with experience in reviewing BoQ, structural drawing and MEP.
• Independent, strong problem-solving skills and a consistent approach to address technical topics
• Eager to learn, motivated, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skill
• Willingness to travel around Indonesia
• Own a vehicle and possess of valid driving license
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/architecture
• Good technical computer skills such as Auto CAD, Sketchup and Microsoft
• Good English communication (written and spoken) is a must
• Detail-oriented and proactive

Your responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and follow up with regard to the construction of any project or assignment with related suppliers, contractors and stakeholders. Create a detailed construction report.
• As such, prepare the budget, involve in the drawings process with architects as well as coordinate related documents of new projects and sites
• Control, manage and inspect all Mister Loo sites as well as monitor suppliers' work delivered with the support of Mister Loo’s assistant engineer
• Conduct periodic evaluations of the performance and quality of contractors and suppliers
• Responsible for repair and maintenance of each Mister Loo's toilet facility.
• Assist the senior management with all kinds of technical and construction-related work tasks
