Requirements

Must have:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience
2. Have technical experience/ support in Software Development from end to end
3. Have experience software development on multiple platforms, especially Web and Mobile
4. Have system/ business analysis skills
5. Experienced in working on Project Software Development from scratch
6. Familiar with the latest technologies
7. Familiar with several project management management, such as: Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
9. Able to work with multiple teams
10. Open minded and wise in making decisions
11. Minimum have writing ability in English

Nice to have:

1. Experience in startup is a plus
2. Having programming skill is a plus

Job Description

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
8. Report and escalate to management as needed
9. Manage the relationship with the team and all stakeholders
10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
