Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 in communication/marketing/equivalent.
• Fluently communicate in English [verbal and written] is a must.
• Have music and media industry resources.
• Familiar and active to use social media such as IG/TikTok.
• Familiar and interested in TikTok live streaming.
• Outgoing personality, enjoys communication.
• Willing to work under pressure, individually or as a team.
• Work Placement: Pluit, Jakarta Utara.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and management of the talents, independently formulating the growth system of the skills and optimizing the talent's content and live traffic
• Precipitate the talents operation methodology based on layered customization, refinement, cold start, support, recall, and other strategies, improve the talents life terms and platform binding willingness
• Good at planning talents' content activities, leading the talents' live stream to be better, and accelerating the growth of the talents
• Explore new categories of live stream content, and do an excellent job in live stream planning and execution
• Understand the industry dynamics, output the latest industry activity cases, and form a plan to empower your live streamers.
