Resposibilities:

Coordinate, control and responsible for all Vessel operation before Vessel’s arrived until departure.

details:

• Preparing berthing prospect report daily basis
• Coordinate with all parties (Shipper/ Consignee, Terminal, Surveyors) regarding cargo readiness and proper berth timing
• Always closely communicate with principals (Owner, disponent owner, charterer, broker) regarding vessel operations
• Beware of any possibility that can risk vessel operation, kindly immediately contact with direct superior and discuss it properly
• Manage a good relationship to all local authorities (Customs, Port authority/harbor master, quarantine authority, immigration authority, Port Operator) to ensure all operations are properly fit according to regulations.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Having experiences min 5 years as an Operation from agency company
• Having experiences from agency company is a preferable
• Fluent in English
• Having a good communication skill
• Able to use Ms. Office
