Lowongan Merchandising Supervisor di PT Formosa Bag Indonesia

Job Description :

1. Demand/forecast management :

- Provide updated long-term capacity demand forecast to the factory by connecting with sales, and assist to complete the annual capacity planning of the factoryï¼›

- Check the update status of Uniqlo system SPL every day, and feed back the latest status of FO,TO and PO

- Monitor demand fulfillment, control finished product inventory, communicate with customers and PMC in time

- Monitor demand achievement, control finished product inventory, communicate with customers and PMC timely to analyze the reasons of finished products and raw materials overdue, evaluate consumption plans

- Communicate with Uniqlo Indonesia ，and visit Uniqlo Jakarta office regularly

2. Project management :

- Manage and promote supply chain projects

- Assist in NPI project promotion and bulk tracking

- Deal with supply chain problems in NPI project, participate and assist in solving them

- Bulk order delivery management, maintain customer window in Indonesia, complete low-cost and high-quality order delivery;

3. KPI data analysis :

- Analyze weekly KPI data and make action plan for failure

- Participate in demand comparison meeting and coordinate production plan adjustment

4. Order management:

- Abnormal order organization analysis and order summary table update

- Related operation of SPL system, maintain good shipment management with customs

- Order invoice and payment management, SPL automatically invoicing after shipment, responsible for temporary customs affairs, planning assistance

5. Other business:

- Shipment anomaly tracking and handling/customer reception

- Complete other tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- At least 5 years related supply chain working experience 

- ERP or SAP operating experience is preferred

- Fluent in English and Japanese

- Ready to be placed in Jepara, Central Java
