1. Responsible in tracking the daily trades done by the traders and making the daily trade statement report on trade volume and values against respective terminal months and markets.
2. Responsible in making the risk position report by updating the Arbs, structure position and the flat position.
3. Informing the Traders on hedges to be done for the Ratio contracts and fixed sales contracts.
4. Informing the Trades to do the spread transaction while switching the contract from one terminal month to another.
5. Responsible for creation of month end fair valuation report and to perform reconciliation of all the open contracts along with ratios, prices, and delivery cost.
6. Responsible for cross-checking the beans contracts created in internal ERP system and to follow up on the price fixation part with the Beans team.
7. Responsible for making the Profit and Loss of contracts created for the month for Cocoa Beans and finished goods such as Butter, powder, cake, and liquor.
8. Creation of Inbound and Outbound Delivery orders, GRN and Invoice for the sales and Purchase from SAP for the intercompany invoices.

Job Requirement:

1. Must be fluent in English
2. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel & SAP knowledge
3. Fresh Graduate MBA Degree welcome to apply
4. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
5. Good in data analytics and management
6. Having knowledge related Trading
7. Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing/Commercial or any other relevant qualification.
