Job Description:

1. Timely monthly financial report (GL, Trial Balance, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Sales & Purchase)
2. Check, verify, review and record cash & bank reconciliation to supervise the process of account receivable collection & account payable payment
3. Prepare and coordinate account receivables/payables reconciliations
4. Check, verify & monitor tax documents completeness and compliance
5. Prepare monthly tax reconciliations (e.g.: PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN)
6. Check that financial transaction is in accordance and compliance of PSAK and tax regulations
7. Review payments to ensure all transactions are recorded
8. Analysis of expense, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
9. Ensure the accuracy of all records and statements to comply with applicable laws and regulations
10. Perform efficient administration & documents indexing
11. Perform month-end closing
12. Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accountancy with GPA minimum 2.80
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Finance & Accounting field
3. Required skill(s): Accounting, MS Office, e-SPT, e-faktur, e-Bupot and any others Tax Application
4. Have a good knowledge of PSAK and Indonesia tax regulation & laws
5. Proficient in English both written & spoken
6. Strong Communication skill, open minded, strong analytical, problem solving & detail Oriented
7. Positive working attitude, good initiative, discipline and willing to learn
8. Able to work both in team & independently and Enjoy working in fast paced environment and tight deadline
9. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
