Description:

• Ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff by actively monitoring the venue and identifying potential threats or disturbances.
• Verify the age and identification of patrons to ensure legal compliance, particularly in age-restricted venues.
• Manage crowd flow, density and behavior to prevent overcrowding and maintain order.
• De-escalate conflicts and disputes among patrons using effective communication and, if necessary, safely remove disruptive individuals from the premises.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as fights, medical incidents, or fire alarms, following established protocols.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with other security staff, venue management, and law enforcement.
• Provide excellent customer service by remaining respectful and approachable while enforcing security measures.
• Train and supervise junior staff

Requirements:

• Previous experience in related field such as Public Relation, Guest Relation or Customer Service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Knowledge of nightclub policies, age restrictions, and dress code.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Detail oriented in handling massive guest.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Flexibility to work late-night hours, weekends, and holidays.
• A keen sense of awareness and responsibility for guest safety.
• English is a must.
• Able to join immediately
• Willing to work in Bali
