Key Responsibilities:

--Manage the operational processes for live streaming on TikTok, including technical setup, live moderation, and data analysis.

--Monitor the quality and performance of live streams and analyze the data to optimize the performance and engagement of live streams.

--Develop and maintain documentation, including operational procedures, guidelines, and best practices

--Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in live streaming and social media for improvement

Qualifications:

--experience in social media, live streaming, or online shop operation

--Interested in the live streaming landscape and the social media ecosystem, especially TikTok.

-- analytical skills and experience working with data to drive insights, familiar with excel

--Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

--Fluent in English and Bahasa (Mandarin is a plus)
