Lowongan PROJECT SECRETARY di PT Repayo Mandiri

Qualification :

-         Have a bachelor’s degree in all major

-         Have at least more than 2-3 years experience in project secretary,project controller  

-         Having knowledge and skills in secretarial and administrative jobs

-         Smart and good analytical

-         Strong communication skill both verbal and written in English

-         Excellent communication skills and good approach on customer

-         Experience with technical documentation and schedule

-         Mastering to use of Ms.Office like Word,Excel,power point and Ms.Outlook

Responsibilities:

-         Providing administrative support as needed

-         Participate in both online/on site meeting and making minutes meeting

-         Controll current project and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

-         Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements 

-         Bill (invoice ) follow up

-         Making daily,weekly and monthly reports

-         Build and maintain good relationship with customers and make evaluate customer complaints and feedback

-         Handling FAT

-         Controll out and survey to the project location when needed

-         Documentation and monitoring of project progress

-         Monitoring of the project timeline with the decided schedule plan

-         Ready to work out of town

-         Ready to work on weekend when needed

-         Have SIM A (is a must)
