Lowongan Business Development Manager di PT Ruang Kencana Indonesia

Job Description & Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with home owners, architects, interior designer, and building contractors
2. Analyze consumer buying patterns and predict future trends. (Preferably on High End Furniture/Furniture Building material-flooring/walls, sanitary ware and lighting.
3. Product knowledge and updates market trends.
4. Regularly review performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels and manage plans for stock levels and write reports and forecast sales levels.
5. Negotiation and prepare contract agreement.
6. Create some excellent package to sell to partners and increasing revenue.
7. Find new and maintain relationships with partners for future products and to find new opportunities.
8. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
9. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
10. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
11. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
12. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
13. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
14. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. Experience in sales, marketing, managements for retail furniture is preferred or related field.
3. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
8. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Skills :

1. Proven sales track record
2. Experience in customer support is a plus
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
4. Proficiency in English
5. Market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills
6. Ability to build rapport
7. Time management and planning skills
8. BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
