Job description

1. Responsible for FTTX project, planning, technical

2. Responsible for quality management of the construction site

3. Responsible for the progress of FTTX permit, document, and subcontractor

4. Assumes responsibility for the engineering delivery process and results of the project, and reports to the project director.

5. Builds and coordinates the construction team.

6. Assists in formulating and optimizing the comprehensive site delivery solution and site delivery SOP process.

7. Supervises and updates the construction plan, organizes construction resources reasonably, ensures the completion of tasks, and analyzes the engineering progress through the GAP protocol.

8. Ensure that the construction quality complies with the engineering specifications and contract acceptance requirements.

9. Organize pre-service training for the construction team, supervise and manage the construction team (including the subcontractor), and review the subcontracting resources appraisal results.

10. Engineering process management, including coordinating customers, subcontractors, and engineering and technical teams to complete pre-installation preparations, engineering installation, commissioning and acceptance, solving and upgrading process problems, output engineering construction documents, and promoting site acceptance.

11. Manages the engineering delivery scope and records extra workload.
