Responsibilities

Responsible for directing, controlling, developing, and being responsible for all branch operations in the framework of the best service to retail / B2B and project customers to achieve performance targets by accordance with the company's vision, mission & values.

Requirements

• Proven 2-3 years work experience as an Business Development Associate, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
• Experience handle B2B in Retail/FMCG/Beauty industry
• Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data
• Experience working in a demanding environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
• Knowledge of the retail/modern trade/ general trade industry, including key players and trends
• Highly creative, always looking for new ways, proactive, and have attention to detail with great selling and networking skills.
• Have a “Can-do” attitude and committed to making things happen
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Decision-making and leadership skills
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
