Job Description :

1. Identify and analyze new opportunities for commercial property business plan and strategies;

2. Collect and analyze data, identify market trends, and provide actionable insights that will contribute to the development and implementation of successful commercial property projects.

3. Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects;

4. Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales;

5. Monitoring the efficacy of marketing trends through analytical tools and software;

6. Forecasting future market, consumer, and sales trends;

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree from reputable university in Statistics / Mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Social Sciences / Marketing, or a related field;

2. At least 2 years working experience as Market Analyst or similar;

3. Proficiency in using market research tools, databases, and statistical software (SAS, SPSS , Minitab and Google Analytics);

4. Proficiency with computer programs (MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint);

5. TOEFL score minimum 500;

6. Placement in HO Office - Dago, Bandung;
