Lowongan Proposal Engineer/Manager di PT Hollysys Automation Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare proposals on DCS / PLC, Electrical and C&I Package solutions.
• Should have good knowledge of DCS Hardware, Software functions, Electrical Interfaces, Electrical system (like MCC, Switchgear, VFDs, Excitation) and awareness of global standards in use.
• Work closely with Sales and technical team and understand the client requirements and prepare the proposal accordingly.
• Use the existing knowledge available for preparing the solutions with identification of Risks and Mitigation plan.
• Should be able to conduct Plant survey for identifying the solution needs and challenges for upgrade and revamp projects.
• Co-ordinate with Procurement teams and if required work with vendors for technical commercial offers as part of Solution package requirements.
• Should work on the Tools available as standards and get proficient using them.
• Consult with Application and Projects team for clear understanding of system related concepts.
• Perform any other tasks not specified here within as requested by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both oral and written) is a must
• Up-to 5 years of experience with core specialization in Bids and Proposal of Industrial Automation and Electrical Industry
• Degree in Engineering/ B.Tech- Electronics/Instrumentation and Control/Process Control Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, self-starter, strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Excellent Working proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Visio, PPT, PDF
• Willing to travelling within the SEA region.
