THIS POSITION IS URGENTLY NEEDED

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
2. Procuring new clients & projects through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
4. Responsible to acquire new key partners/clients
5. Buildiing and Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
6. Collaborate with all team members to define and refine brand acquisition strategy
7. Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
8. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
9. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
10. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
11. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
12. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
13. Remaining in tune with trend to attract more clients and their needs

JOB REQUIREMENT :

1. Having Bachelor Degree is required for this position.
2. Having minimal 2 Years experience in working on MCN/Talent agency while handling similar or related job is a MUST
3. Having rich amount of contact database in Brand or Business to Business for cooperation purposes.
4. Able to join immediately is preferred.
