General Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree from all majors
• Should have experience at Overseas Administration Marketing (preferable in Consumer Goods)

Job Description

Main purpose of job

• To direct control and manage function of Marketing and ensure that overseas market growing up.

Main responsibilities :

• Supervise internal and external administrative flow for overseas account.
• Supervise contract execution (production, shipment, product development, complaint handling etc).
• Supervise the shipment documentation process (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc).
• Control all the payment from direct customer.
• Do the cost calculation
• Do contract negotiation with the customer
• Create monthly report (sales, shipment etc).
• Direct and control marketing staff to ensure that they are well motivated, trained, develop that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
