Today, We are seeking a MEP Engineer & Drafter English Speaking

As a MEP Engineer & Drafter English Speaking, you should A team player who knows the "ins and outs" of drafting-related work in both AutoCAD and Revit and is excited to hit the ground running. Experience doing MEP projects. Also, you must have good English communication (spoken and written).

About MEP Engineer & Drafter English Speaking:

This position will be a critical role in support of drawing scaled plans for buildings, structures, and components based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data. Prepare complete and concise design and construction drawings including checking and coordinating details and dimensions.

What you’ll do:

• Develop the MEP concept and design
• Making technical drawings as a reference for executors in the field (layout, as-built drawings, wiring diagrams, shop drawings, etc.)
• Creating a Bill of Quantity, Material Specifications, Unit Price Analysis, and other supporting document requirements
• Adjusting the planner's image to the real conditions on the site
• Able to direct and explain in detail the planner's drawings to executives on the site and are accustomed to working in teams
• Manage drawing files neatly and coordinate with other divisions regarding project material requirements
• Assist in the ongoing project to standardize and unify design document standards by participating in meetings and preparing presentation materials as necessary
