Requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferred majoring Psychology, Management, Law, HR.
• Age maximum 37 years old.
• 3 years of working experiences in the same field and level
• Able to speak English actively, especially verbally
• Familiar with HRIS
• Understand the basics of labor regulations, especially the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2003, Number 11 of 2020 Cipta Kerja and PP Number 35 of 2021
• Understand the Pph 21 tax regulations
• Able to arrange salary structure in accordance with applicable regulations
• Required skills: Industrial relationship skill, Human Operations, Managerial skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Counseling skills

Job Descriptions:

• Create and maintain employee behavior to be disciplined in order to create a good and orderly working atmosphere.
• Manage HR reports; HR administration reports, Attendance, Leave, schedule, Employee Behavior, Turn Over, etc.
• Manage implementation of remuneration and benefits (payroll, BPJS, Pph 21, etc)
• Analyze remuneration and benefit programs to ensure that they run according to budget and policies.
• Ensure employee facilities are functioning properly
• Plan & facilitate Employee Activities to improve employee's teamwork
• Handle Industrial Relations issues both to resolve internal (employee) problems and external Parties
