Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the identification and development of sales opportunities for curtainwall/window/building materials testing services for the construction industry.
- Identify, develop, and follow up on new sales leads and prospects.
- Manage & service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets.
- Generate prompt and accurate quotations for inquiries.
- Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Ensure timely response to customers’ inquiries and feedback.
- Remuneration is on an On-Target Earning Scheme
Key Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Engineering, or any other relevant fields, preferably with at least 3 years of direct sales experience.
- Prior work experience in the construction, building, or infrastructure industry is preferred.
- Has passion and ability to manage a wide diversity of services.
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
- Mature, self-disciplined, and results-driven
