RETAIL Admin Sales Staff (FMCG, Food Industry)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales and Warehouse administration (maintain in-out product, update stock by the system, order, and invoicing process)
• Strong Experience in FMCG, Food Industry (Retail) .
• Maintain sales orders and delivery
• Bank payment process
• Finance consolidation and reporting
• Petty cash reporting
• Sales update reporting (weekly, monthly, annually)
•  Maintain setting target sales, promo, and discount (monthly)

Education Required: 

A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with 3 experience in sales administration with advanced Excel skills as a data analyst needs such as :

PivotTables, Index Match functions, charts, and forecast and trend tools

is a mandatory

Note :

Willing to be placed at Sentul Industrial Estate

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
