Job Description:

• Lead the sales and marketing team to work according to the procedures of the company
• Create, analyse and develop sales and marketing strategies to increase the number of customers and areas according to specified targets
• Determine sales goals, schedule visits and promotion system to ensure the achievement of sales targets
• Provide Direction and guidance to the internal team in the process of achieving sales targets
• Monitor and analyse the achievement of productivity of the sales and marketing team to ensure fulfilment of target
• Ensure the smoothness of payment from customer and delivery of product to customer according to the terms and conditions
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
• Provide strategic planning including budget development and management
• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue sales goals and objectives
• Responsible for the division profit & loss

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Having C level networking on banking institution is an advantage
• Required Skill(s): Leadership, Analytical thinking, Problem solver, Negotiation, Management skill, Target oriented
• Preferably used to be as a General Manager/Senior Manager specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
