Now, we're Hiring for a IT Support Staff in Jakarta

Job Description:

• Responsible for troubleshooting system and network
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, network and printers
• Technical Support for all department
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Setting up accounts for new and exit employee
• Make reports and documentation IT Support
• Ensure each device used by users complies with IT Policy
• Maintain up to date system software including patch and antivirus
• Collaborating with other IT Team Members including higher level support or system administration

Requirement:

• Min. S1 Information Technology
• At Least 1 year of working experience as IT Support Staff or related field.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, network and software, including operating system and common office applications
• Had problem solving skills and the ability diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact effectively with end-users and colleagues
• Active listening skills to understand and address users concerns
• Dicipline and integrity
• An eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends
• Preferable having experience in implementing or maintaining PABX and CCTV systems
