Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years or more of experience in Payroll & Compensation Benefit matters
- Have knowledge to calculate salaries, Pph21, BPJSTK, and BPJSKES
- Have good knowledge of payroll, compensation & benefits, and HRIS (especially Sunfish)
- Able to carry out job evaluations and understand the structure of the wage scale and tax calculations related to payroll
- Update with latest government remuneration regulation (SOP and Policy) and income tax related to payroll, compensation, & benefits
- Willing to be located in Jakarta Barat
- Update employees compensation
- Ensure salaries & benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
- Make sure salary transfer is correct and well received by employees
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
- Perform and provide calculation on last payment of resigned employees payroll, HRIS system & regulation
