Job Description:

• Daily collect the OEE report to make the analysis to solve the problem
• Daily report to the head of engineering about the situation 
• Check and make sure every SOP, WI and every basic standard regulation running in the prod line and also make the continuous improvement if have some issue
• To make the trial 3M for any improvement
• Check material usage
• Follow up the Molds maintenance base on the time line and schedule
• Daily communication with related department about the issue
• Communication about the technical issue to the production team and monitoring the result

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic from technical background
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Technical/Plastic Engineering/Production Engineer/Injection Plastic Company)
• Understanding APQP / FMEA Cycle on product development process
• Advance in plastic injection process
• Basic in Mold Design
• Broad knowledge in Health & Safety Work Management System (K3)
• Hazardous Material Handling
• Fundamental Safe Work Practice
• Team Management
• Computer literate
