Job Responsibilities:

1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry: researching and analyzing sales options

2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

4. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

5. Hunting new customers & new applications for Alu wire

6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and service

7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results/ sales target

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Economic, Marketing, Communication, or Industrial Engineering

2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

3. Fluent in English (verbal & written) – business & personal level

4. Working experience in a Paper/ Metal/ Plastic/Aluminium Industry is a plus

5. Candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and analytical skills

6. Able to plan and execute strategy

7. Able to read and make a report

8. Able to analyze and solve problems

9. Able to create story/influence/persuasive

10. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers

11. Positive thinking, creative, energetic, and self-motivated
