Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily running of the telesales, including effective planning and implementing call center strategies and operations.
• Owning the leads generation cycle and achieve sales target.
• Liaising with sales team colleagues and other departments to gather information and attend to customer queries.
• Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.
• Preparing reports related to call center performance statistics.
• Hiring, training, mentoring subordinates

Requirements:

• 3+ years in telesales management is preferred.
• Problem-solving attitude and a must-win mentality.
• Strong analytical and salesmanship ability with a data-driven approach to making decisions .
• Drive and hustle for continually developing and running processes efficiently.
• Ability to converse effectively in both English and Bahasa would be an added advantage.
• Negotiation, business planning, and customer service skills.
• Excellent people skills, an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and apply a cross-functional mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge.
• Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing so.
