Lowongan Project Manager di PT Berca Schindler Lifts

• Pro-active project management planning and execution as per TREX (Schindler Project Management) standard
• Pro-active management of customer and all other project stakeholders
• Develops an appropriate safety and quality management system for the project and monitors its proper execution
• Lead the project team and assign adequate authorities and responsibilities in line with the respective job descriptions
• Pro-actively manages and updates the project in SHAPE (ERP) on a weekly basis (e.g.: SPN, YAFPM)
• Manage and know status of customer approvals (drawings samples)
• Ensures pro-active internal and external communication to all project stakeholders as required
• Pro-active purchase and pull of all materials, request of tools and manpower required for the successful completion of the project
• Ensure proper tool and warehouse management system
• Timely preparation and submission of required documents to Department Head and supporting staff, e.g. LPSR
• Manages billing certificates and collections to ensure good project cashflow
• Care about the site and project team
• Ensure companys Safety and Health procedures, work instructions, programmes and requirements are implemented in responsible areas / activities.
• Overall responsible for site Safety and Health issues at responsible area / activities.
