Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Animal Husbandry/ Food Technology/ Agro-Industrial Engineering
• Experience in QA minimal 5 years from Feed mill industry
• Deep knowledge about ISO (9001, 22000), Best Aqua Culture Practices (BAP), NKV, CPPIB, HACPP, internal audit and able to implement
• Deep knowledge in Quality and Food Safety System Management (FSMS), Kaizen and 5R
• Able to deliver Quality and Food Safety Training
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written)
• Able to work with all level, strong leadership, good communication and problem solving
• Willing to travel all De Heus Plant (West Java and East Java) and customer

Responsibilities :

• Create, implementing and evaluating procedures, policies, and activities related product quality and regularly evaluate the policies/procedures (FSMS and GMP)
• Developing and implementing standards for inspection
• Developing and implementing complain handling related quality and food safety issues
• Documenting and reporting product or services quality complain, quality issues, food safety, etc.
• Working together with related position to cope with all issues
• Conduct and provide training about quality and food safety for all related position/department (FSMS and GMP)
• Organize and support implementation verification, validation and certification (FSMS and GMP)
• Internal audit for all plant 
• Ensure that all systems and policies are well implemented
• Execute and monitor all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE)
