Resposibilities

1. Design and develop organizational design align HR Standard & Bussiness goals
2. Manage job analysis, evaluation as well as job grading for all roles and levels
3. Map critical roles, design succession planning and build succession pipelines
4. Identify opportunity for organizational development improvement
5. Update employees data on HRIS 
6. Handling the implementation of company's payroll process
7. Manage the overall recruitment process

Qualification

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree from psychology
2. Having related working experience in organizational development for 2 year
3. Expert on using Microsoft excel along with the formulas
4. Good communication skill in English
5. Good communication and training skills
6. Taking full ownership on the target set
