Lowongan Apoteker Penanggung Jawab (Pharmacist in Charge) for PBF (Pedagang Besar Farmasi) di PT Jebsen Jessen Ingredients Indonesia

The pharmacist in charge of PBF is responsible for ensuring that all procurement, storage and distribution of Medicines and/or Drug Substances are in accordance with CDOB

• Responsible to ensuring that all procurement, storage and distribution of Medicines and/or Drug Substances are in accordance with CDOB
• Responsible for attending every audit process from BPOM, Ministry of Health, customers and other third party
• Responsible to fulfill any questionnaires required by BPOM, Ministry of Health, customers and other third party
• Responsible to submit timely report as needed to BPOM and/or Ministry of Health
• Responsible to adapt on updated regulation of PBF and CDOB and keep updated of scientific developments and technology in the field of pharmaceutical distribution

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
• Holds a valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker/STRA) and this certificate is not under any contract with other company
• Holds a valid Pharmacist Practice License (Surat Izin Praktek Apoteker/SIPA), which is issued by the district/city regional government to pharmacists as a grant of authority to carry out pharmaceutical practices
• Minimum 5 years experiences as APJ in a pharma manufacturing facility or pharma raw materials distribution company.
• Willing to work in Tangerang area
• Good command in English
