Job Function :

1. Verify 3PL cost and coordinate with respective functions to make sure all 3 PL costs/invoices are verified, documented and submitted on time.
2. Prepare and verify on transporter cost with the system and manage all transporter cost with the system and manage all transporter issue invoice.
3. Monitoring of existing contracts and expiration dates forwarder vendor inbound & outbound.
4. Liaise with vendors to handle invoices and check price compliance with existing contracts.
5. Administration and document filling.
6. Create daily work report.

Qualification

1. Minimum D3 Degree from any major
2. Relevant experience minimum 2 years in manufacturing company
3. Has experience using SAP
4. Can speak english within workplace (speaking, writing)
