Overview :

A renown European chocolate brand is hiring his marketing manager for a new project in Bali. The site will highlight the different expertise of the company: manufacturing, sourcing, cooking & gastronomy.

Responsibilities :

During the pre launch phasis :

• Participate to the chocolate product range definition & FnB offer
• Insure a high standard brand execution & memorable immersive experience
• Follow the construction project and guaranty the branding guidelines
• Adapt the global storytelling & experience of the brand to local market.

After the launch phasis :

• Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s local brand awareness and drive qualified traffic
• Develop communication strategy online & offline & implement marketing campaigns
• Recommend a product development plan in line with local celebrations & customer needs.
• Measure and report product & campaign performances and recommend improvement plan
• Recommend & Monitor marketing budget
• Hire, train, and lead a marketing team

Qualifications (English is required) :

• Degree and Experience Required for doing the job
• 5-10 years of proven marketing skills – Senior position / Team management with P&L resp.

Having one of those proven previous experiences will be a plus :

• Worked for international companies

• Data analysis skills and tools usage
• CRM management
• Digital skills (SoMe strategy, SEO, google ads…)

Several trip to Europe will be required
