A. Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Transportation/Logistic/Warehouse) is required for this position.
• Age Minimum 30 Years old & maximum 40 Years Old
• Good Leadership & Good Problem Solving
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, TMS, English
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

B. Job Description :

• Supervise Daily Activity Operational Milkrun
• Familiar with Transportation/Logistic/Warehouse
• Making Planning for All Activity Operational 
• Capable with report ( Daily/Weekly/Montly)
• Capable With Competency Analyze
• Capable with KPI
• Ensure that all procedures, data and shipping operational supervision are going well
• Monitor the delivery of goods from loading to arriving at the customer
• Cooperate with the operation planner support, planner, team of drivers, controllers and transporters to carry out the shipment
• Implement the procedure system and analyze each delivery problem
• Follow and monitor the development of safety in shipping
• Providing safety talk / safety induction to all operational lines
• Provide added value in achieving customer satisfaction by establishing good cooperative relationships
