Lowongan Payroll Specialist (English Speaking) di PT Kkv International Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for employee salary calculation and payment

2. Managing Healthcare BPJS (BPJS Kesehatan) and Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)

3.Implement the company's salary performance management system

4. Prepare the company's labor remuneration salary table and provide monthly salary payment documents

5. Ensuring the employee remunerations are paid on time and in the right amounts, also comply with the applicable regulations within the Company and Government rules and regulations (manpower, social security, tax regulations).

6. Keep updated and understand Government Regulations in Compensation & Benefit such as Implementation & Reporting Tax Article 21 (PPH 21 and its reports)

7. Maintain issues related to compensation and benefits, and able to communicate properly with employees

8. Track and analyze the company's internal salary data, collect information of market salary, and participate in salary budgeting

9.Updating database for all employees status/level change and administer personal files

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management
2. At least 2 years working experience in Compensation and Benefit or related working experience in medium/large size enterprise of retail industry
3. Have a good knowledge in Labor Law, Omnibus Law, PPH21, and related regulations
4. Strong sense of responsibility, resistance to pressure and toughness;
5. Careful, logical, highly sensitive to numbers, have good professional ethics, a good sense of teamwork, creative with ideas and self-motivated
6. Proficient in office software, especially proficient Excel skills and techniques
