General Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting discipline. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position. Having Experience in Tax Audit and Tax Dispute
2. Having Tax Certificate: Brevet A, B & C
3. Experience in Tax compliance, handling tax disputes and tax planning
4. Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations.
5. Having experience working for tax consultant would be a plus
6. Strong leadership and personnel management skills
7. Good Communication Skill especially with KPP team.Â
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
9. Experience in Palm Oil Industries would be a plus
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Taxation within Group, compliance Tax regulation Company's general business, reduce tax risk and Tax Planning.
2. Identify and mitigate tax risks
3. Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process
4. Ensure tax compliance is completed correctly and timely calculate and prepare CIT
5. Reconcile and maintain tax balances in General Ledger/Trial Balance
6. Handling Tax reporting (Monthly compliance, Annual reporting)
7. Handling Tax Audit and SP2DK
8. Handling Tax disputes (Tax audit, Tax objection & Tax appeal)
9. Manage and mentor members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.
