REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum has five years of working experience in related field
- Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin
- Possess full knowledge pertaining to the Indonesia Labor Law
- Having good communication, analytical skills and flexibility
- Possess an excellent formal letter drafting both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to communicate both verbal and in writing with overseas clients in Mandarin and English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining an effective and efficient HR System
- Recruitment
- Provide monthly/annual reports & updates to the Management
- Support all internal and external HR related matter
- Processing annual KITAS renewal
