Lowongan IT SYSTEM APPLICATION SUPPORT di PT Ace Global Consulting And Integration

Requirements:

1. Preferably 30 years old or less.
2. Have Diploma's/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
3. Think in a structured way and communicate logically.
4. Able to manipulate data using SQL query.
5. Have knowledge and experience in Java programming or other object-oriented programming, Linux server and network devices (switch & router) settings.
6. Able to make the structured report.
7. Willing to work shifts and on weekends/ holidays.
8. Ready to work out of town (on customer's site), if needed (only within a certain period)
9. Preferable for those who are experienced in IT System Application Support at least for 2 years.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and configuration of hardware, OS, computer application and system application (Store and ERP) ; system delivery ; and system training.
2. Monitor and maintain computer system and network.
3. Support for system application incident reports from users (helpdesk, technical analysis, and workaround solution or even long-term solution).
4. Make a report on the results of the analysis and evaluation of the system troubleshoot.
