Criteria :

• Maximum 30 years old
• D3/S1 Accounting, with GPA minimum 3.0
• Minimum Fresh Graduate in Accounting/Finance

Job Description

Billing :

• Prepare and issued invoices for tenant
• Distribution invoices both email and hardcopy (include Faktur Pajak)
• Input down payment data from tenant
• Correspondent

Accounting :

• Journal Receipt from tenant
• Process Credit Note in the system
• Prepare monthly report such as average rental report, occupancy report and others

Administration :

• Filing of document

Purchasing :

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Research potential vendors.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
