Lowongan Investor Relations Associate (Supervisor Level) di PT Maruwai Coal

Role Objective

The objective of this role is to assist PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk investor relations efforts to manage the perceptions of international and domestic investors, analysts and other financial market influences in order to optimize the valuation of the company as a publicly traded company. This position reports to the Investor Relations Manager.

This role will also assist in the development and execution of an investor relations program, with a view to increasing the transparency and disclosure of the company. You will assist in the preparation, planning and distribution of investor relations documents and materials and in handling day to day investor questions. You will assist in the preparation for investor roadshows, conferences and meetings. You will update and maintain the website, and maintain a contact management system to keep track of current and potential investors and analysts. You will conduct continuous market and industry research and maintain comprehensive knowledge of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk business and strategy.

Main Accountabilities:

• Conduct regular research on industry and peers.
• Assisting in preparing corporate publication (press release, quarterly reports, presentation, annual report, sustainability report, etc.).
• Regular update and maintenance of AMI’s website.
• Organize documents filing and maintain IR database.
• Conduct on-going dialogue with assigned capital market contacts, and provide answer to analysts/investors questions
• Work together with capital market contacts to prepare meeting, conferences, roadshows.
• Work with internal contacts to prepare fact-based messaging on AMI.
• Assist in preparing messaging for media.
• Organize IR events (site visit, analyst meeting, earnings call, etc).
• Familiarize themselves with ESG assessment from MSCI, Sustainalytics, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Business Related major;
• 5 years experience as Investor Relations / Marketing / Finance / Corporate Communication, from public listed company;
• English proficiency and good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to preparing corporate publication (annual report, sustainability report, press release);
• Organize Investor Relations events;
• Good understanding of ESG assessment from MSCI, Sustainalytics,
