Job Description:

• Responsible for processing the inquiries for materials and materials purchased by the project, order placing, and delivery process management
• Contact arrangement for logistics shipment
• Occasionally go out to purchase materials and handle delivery work
• Support team in the procurement process
• Check purchased items in Project Sites

Requirements:

• Able to communicate well in English (Able to speak in Chinese Mandarin would be a huge plus)
• Initiative in learning about their job desc
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Ready to go on trips and explore outside Jakarta
• Having experience working in a construction company or related industry would be preferable
• Understanding construction materials will be a great plus
• Able to work underpressure
