Job Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Job Requirements:

• Educational background minimum high school degree, bachelor degree or diploma in any discipline preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome, however 2 years of work experience in a related field preferred
• Must have spoken and written in English and Indonesian, if can read and write Chinese Mandarin will be preferable, and provides higher salary.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Confident, determined and self-assured
