Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, CCTV and WiFi
•  Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum SMK/D3 Computer and Network Engineering or related
• Minimum 2 year experience in related position
• Fluent in English
• Able to handle troubleshooting (hardware and software)
• Good knowledge about networking, microtic basic, hardware configuration, software installation, smartphone (android and IOS)
• Good communication skill, willing to learn, and able to work independently
• Able to mobile working
