Lowongan Academic Trainer di PT Terumo Indonesia

Coordinates activities of Academic Training in Sales and Marketing Department to achieve the Sales target and maintain the business of Terumo under supervision of Academic Training Manager and GM Sales and Marketing.

Roles and Responsibility:

1.  To conduct in house Training & Workshop internal and external.
2. Create & Provide training material collaborated with BU/PM, use high end products information from Terumo & respective national & international healthcare institution/association.
3. Support all marketing and sales activity such as presentation internal and external, exhibition, event and workshop.
4. Handling complaint customer that need nursing/medical expertise, collaborated with Sales & Products team.
5. Provide report to General Manager, copy to each respective Business Unit after conducted training & workshop.
6. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from Head of Dept. / Management.
7. Following PTTI Rules and Regulation 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree of Nursing.
2. 5-10 years experienced in the same position and experienced as a trainer
3. Good presentation skills.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Fluent in English and Japanese
