Job Summary

manage & control raw material purchasing activities purchasing cost strategy, cost estimation, verification, raw material specifications, etc. Drive cost reduction strategies to achieve targets Collaborate with other teams to determine supply requirements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Materials Engineer or Industrial Engineer from a reputable university
2. Has an extensive supplier network
3. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
4. Minimum 5 years working experience in multinational company
5. Understand the process of verification TKDN
6. Experience in procurement of raw materials (mechanical and electrical)
7. Experience in industrial company or manufacturing company, available at medical devices
8. Must good English communication
9. Powerful data analysis
10. Have driving license and travel
11. Understanding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Make a purchase plan clarification
2. Communicate with suppliers and negotiate prices
3. Provide input on the condition of suppliers
4. Coordination and preparation of material planning
5. Monitor and maintain vendor records with particular attention to prices, usage rates, lead times, vendor performance, and product defects
6. Maintain a positive working atmosphere by acting and communicating professionally with suppliers, colleagues and management
