Lowongan QS MEP di PT Akr Land Development

QS MEP is a strategic position in QS Department, He or She has responsible for assisting QS Manager doing Quantity Surveying for MEP Work.
General Roles and Responsibilities : 

• Work with design department in providing best design and planning that already compare with budget, project scenario and other related technical requirements.  
• Prepare the details and cost estimations of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including but not limited to infrastructure.
• Identify and communicate the problems in the design, planning and the project deliveries, including but not limited to provide list of MEP contractors, Analisa Satuan Harga, etc . 
• Continually review the contractors construction schedule and method statements during the progress of the site works regarding MEP services.
• Where required, prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and coordination issues.
• Review material proposals or subcontractors from a technical view and advise the design team on the appropriateness of the recommendations.

Qualifications & Competencies :

• S1 Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction, engineering company or property industry for low rise, landed or high rise would be and advantage.
• Experienced in propose, VE and MEP Tender (pre and post tender)
• Have relevant experience in MEP-QS, installation works, with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors.
• Good in MS Office, AutoCAD and other related project management softwares.
• Good and effective command, smart, diligent and tend to detail.
